In the regular January meeting of the Briscoe County Commissioners on January 8 Ken Wood moved that pursuant to Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code, the county approve the Tax Abatement Agreement between Briscoe County, Texas, and Stetson Renewables Holdings, LLC.
