Wearing horns and lampshades

A newsy picture of Pakistani President Arif Alvi caught my eye last week. He’s administering the oath of office to his new prime minister, but it’s hard to take Alvi seriously because he’s got reindeer horns. That’s not to mention the Viking helmet horn on the left side of his head. Either the photographer wasn’t paying attention to the background or he framed the disconcerting picture that way…
