‘The Divine Connection’ shares the author’s personal stories of ‘divine experience’
Lisa Hunt announces publication of first book
CEDAR HILL, Texas – Based on her personal encounters, Lisa Hunt shares the “real, divine experiences” that shaped her views on spirituality in “The Divine Connection” (published by WestBow Press).
With an overall theme of divine connection and the existence of an omniscient God, Hunt shares “personal, divine events” that happened to her over the course of her life. Some of those occurrences involve now deceased members of her family.
“I think the book will appeal to readers because many people need to hear testimonies of divine encounters,” Hunt says. “Such testimonies provide hope to those who feel alone, hopeless, and abandoned. I have felt alone, hopeless, and abandoned. God was with me through all of my trials.”
An excerpt from “The Divine Connection”:
God has gifted some people with a divine connection to him, but it’s not meant to be kept a secret. Divine experiences must be shared with the world. … Many people say they believe in God, yet they close their minds to the possibility of God intervening in even the smallest matters of our lives.
