Fay Perkins, of Silverton, passed away on September 29, 2018. Graveside service will be at 2pm on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at the Silverton Cemetery, with Rance Young officiating. Open visitation will be October 2, 2018, at the Moore-Rose Visitation Center in Silverton. Arrangements are under the care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home.
Fay was born December 10, 1943 in Silverton to R.E. Sweek and Maggie Vardell. She was an Allsups manager and a volunteer EMT for many years. Fay loved fishing, and doing genealogy work. She loved making people happy. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Silverton and loved her church. She was looking forward to seeing her great-great grandchild.
Fay was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Perkins; parents, R.E. and Maggie Sweek; granddaughter, Trishelle Maciel; and sisters, Venita Chappell and Jerry Perkins.
Fay is survived by children, daughter Faye Lynn Larson of Pampa, son Roy Don Perkins of Silverton, daughter Tonya and J.R. Bilela of Silverton; grandchildren, Amy Jo Chaney and husband Jimmy of White Deer, Josh Maciel of Amarillo, Davin Fabela of Silverton, Logan Fabela of Canyon, and Reno Fabela of Canyon; great-grandchildren, Cade, Shea, Jaxon, Jasper, Kayden, Koy, and Tiffany; sisters, Rhonda Williams and husband Terry of Silverton; and many nieces and nephews.
