County Chili Cook Off will be held February 25 at the Quitaque Country Club in downtown Quitaque with setup underway any time on Saturday morning, according to the Cook Off committee. A CASI (Chili Appreciation Society International) sanctioned event, the chili cookoff is open to everyone to sign up to make a pot of chili.
