Cowboy poet-singer Red Steagall is likely to break into song when he sees the newest mural in Turkey, Texas. Everybody else does. The obvious inspiration for Matt Tumlinson’s latest grand piece of outdoor art is Steagall’s song “Lone Star Beer and Bob Wills Music.” That second line? “When I hear ‘Faded Love’ I feel at home.” They mural is very much at home in Turkey and not likely to fade soon…
