In regular monthly meeting of the Briscoe County commissioners court on Friday, Oct. 15, Judge Rank Cogdell informed the court of a pipeline safety training, gave an update on survey of Blk B-3 sec 49, and told the court of New York Life Insurance coming to next commissioners court meeting.
