Caprock library honors Hispanic Heritage Month with grant

Caprock Public Library (CPL) of Quitaque was recently selected as one of only 45 libraries across the state of Texas, and the only library in the Panhandle, to receive a grant from Texas Book Festival in this year’s grant cycle.
