    12 ounces dark chocolate chips

    8 teaspoons instant hot chocolate mix

    40 mini marshmallows

    Crushed peppermint, optional

    1½ inch silicone half-sphere mold

    Chill a baking sheet in the freezer.

    Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl on high in 30-second intervals until almost melted, stirring between each interval.
