    The final ballots are set for elected positions on Caprock Country city councils and school boards. The deadline to appear on the May 3 ballot was Friday, Feb. 14. Write-in candidates have until Tuesday, Feb. 18, but at press time Tuesday midday, only write-in candidate had filed, and that was for the Guthrie school board.
