Filings grow in Caprock Country city council, school board races

Momentum for running for office has grown for elected positions on Caprock Country city councils and school boards. The deadline to appear on the May 3 ballot is Friday, Feb. 14. Write-in candidates have until Tuesday, Feb. 18.
