Motley County athletes entering 6th, 7th, 9th and 11th grades this year are required to have athletic physicals completed by August 3rd, 2026.
These physicals are provided at no cost at the clinic in Matador, which already has the necessary paperwork on hand. To complete the process, families should follow these steps: Schedule an appointment with the clinic and pick up the paperwork.
