Health care, property tax will get plenty of attention at ’23 legislative session

The Texas Legislature

will convene for its 2023 session in just a few weeks, and lawmakers expect another busy 140 days that should include movement on a number of issues important to rural Texans, including improving connectivity and addressing the spiraling costs of health care.
