The Matador Methodist Church is welcoming a new pastor, Anthony Phipps, following the retirement of Brother Chuck Harrison.
Harrison, who grew up in nearby Spur, was with Matador Methodist for almost nine years and preached his final sermon to the congregation on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2024.
