Paducah adds new homes close to center of town

    Paducah residents may have noticed new houses going up on Garrett Street, north of the Caprock Cafe. The two-bedroom one-bath single family homes are part of a project by the Hicks Co. Plains Project to provide fair market rate leases to families in the area.
