Paxton Barclay, a second grader from Valley School, passed away last week after a 14-month battle with DIPG, or Diffuse Instrinsic Pontine Glioma, a highly aggressive and currently incurable brain tumor that primarily affects children, typically between the ages of 5 and 10. He was diagnosed with the tumor in April 2024.
