    Russ and Donna Rhinehart of Stillwater, Okla., made a big splash this week in Donna’s hometown of Paducah. The couple pledged a $10,000 donation to the city’s ongoing “Make A Splash” fundraising campaign to restore the historic 1937 city pool.
