The 2023 King and Queen of the 80th Cottle-King Old Settlers and Rodeo are Steve and Delisa Piper. These two civic leaders have been actively involved in the Rodeo Association for around 30 years. As youth, they were in the Cottle County 4-H Horse Club, horse shows, rodeo parades and both claim to have bit the dust in the rodeo arena.
