Folks from all around are encouraged to attend a special event celebrating downtown revitalization in Plainview on April 8, 2022. For months, Plainview has bee reworking its traffic pattern, sidewalks, and curbing around the historic Hale County Courthouse and beyond to encourage retail and foot traffic downtown.
