Roaring Springs Lions to meet monthly at Billie Dean’s in Matador

    At the Roaring Springs Lions club monthly meeting on Wednesday, July 7 at 1 p.m. at Billie Dean’s restaurant in Matador, the organization voted to meet at Billie Dean’s each month until further notice.

    The Lions also held the drawing for the Remington 870 Express shotgun which was raffled as a fundraiser for the club.

    The winner was Rick Starkey from Lebanon, Missouri. The Lions made a call to apprise the winner.

    The next Lions meeting will be Wednesday, Aug. 4, at 1 p.m. at Billie Dean’s.
