Organizers are calling it the 6th (Sorta) Annual Briscoe County Chili Cook-off (BCCC), and the competition takes place Saturday, July 31 at the Quitaque Country Club. According to the official rules, cookers may arrive any time after 9 a.m. to set up, start cooking and visit.
