Silverton man arrested, accused of murdering woman at Happy RV Park

    SWISHER COUNTY — A man is behind bars in connection with the murder of 29-year-old Tess Birkenfeld of Happy on March 16. On March 25 the Swisher County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21-year-old Eduardo Reyna Barrientos of Silverton in connection with the slaying. Barrientos is in the Swisher County Jail on a $250,000 bond.
