You couldn’t pick a better time for a new garden store to open in Caprock Country, this week. Green leaves are on the mesquite trees, locals made it through Easter without a freeze, the pastures are greening up, some bluebonnets have started popping up, and at any time we should see our first scissortails, signaling that spring is near.
