    Only one Caprock team, the Valley Patriots, remains standing in Texas Caprock Country as Texas high school boys basketball enters the “Sweet Sixteen” round of playoffs.

    The Patriots, currently ranked #20, tucked an Area championship under their belts at Lubbock Roosevelt Friday night, Feb. 21, defeating the #25 Klondike Cougars 61-45.
