Valley High School recently hired home grown Daxon Allen, known as Dax, as the new head football coach. Former coach Crockett Gilmore resigned from his position at the end of the school year.
Allen graduated from Valley in 2018. Out of high school, he played basketball for the Wayland Baptist University Pioneers for a year. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Texas Tech University.
