The Motley County Matadors will kick off their district season against the Hedley Owls on Thursday, Oct. 23.
Currently ranked 1A D-2 #8, the Matadors are picked over the Owls by 45 points.
Game time will kick off at Hedley at 7 p.m. There will be no junior high game this week.
