    The Silverton Volunteer Fire Department responded to a grass fire Tuesday, Oct. 28 in northwestern Briscoe County.Dispatched at 1 p.m. that afternoon, the fire department found the fire off Highway 207 and County Road HHH on the Cogdell Ranch.
