The Foothills Celebration in downtown Matador welcomed over 600 in attendance throughout the day—and even with the outage of AT&T service in the city of Matador, everyone pulled Wi-Fi capabilities together to make sure all 25 food, drink, shopping, tattoo and massage vendors could carry on with their normal electronic means of business.
