The Silverton Owls boys varsity basketball team stopped the Kress Kangaroos, 41-39, at home on Jan. 22. The Owls haven’t had any issues with the Kangaroos recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Silverton’s victory bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Kress, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-15.
