The Silverton Cemetary Association hosted a Memorial Day observance last week. The Silverton Fire Department presented the colors, Jimmy Burson and Barry Francis performed music, Lynn Frizzell presented Dotty Powers a bouquet for being a Gold Star Mother and Col. Michael Keller addressed attendees with a talk on the day’s meaning. Afterwards there was a meal for the group to share fellowship.
