On Saturday, January 22, 2022 Marc Henzler joined his loving mother, Andrea Henzler, and father, Russel Henzler, in heaven at the age of 33. Marc was born in Snyder on December 18, 1988, but spent most of his childhood in the small town of Matador.
Marc excelled at sports growing up and was always the life of the party. He built a successful career in wind energy and spent a great deal of time traveling for work. Marc was generous, spontaneous, always up for a good time and never knew a stranger. He had a presence about him that couldn’t be missed, with a contagious laugh and smile. In addition to his father and mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents Faustino and Valerianna Lopez and Leo Henzler, Jr. and Anita Bevers.
Marc is survived by his brother, Matt Henzler; sister-in-law, Alex Henzler; three nephews, Aiden, Riley and Dean; and fiancé Meagan Miller; as well a large extended family that loves him dearly.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Marc will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 12 p.m. at the Old Settlers’ Rodeo Grounds in Roaring Springs. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
