1940–2023
SILVERTON— Waynelle M. Couch, age 82, of Silverton, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the Silverton Cemetery with Carl Hartman officiating. Arrangements are under the personal care of the Moore-Rose Funeral Home.
Waynelle was born on February 25, 1940 in Sterling City, Texas, to Wayne and Joyce McCutchen. Waynelle attended and graduated from Silverton High School in 1958 and later went to Draughon’s Business College and graduated in 1959.
She enjoyed spending her spare time bowling, competing on state and national levels. She also loved spending time with family and friends. She was a faithful member of the Rock Creek Church of Christ in Silverton.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Wayne and Joyce McCutchen.
Those left to cherish the wonderful memory of Waynelle are her husband, Stanley Couch of Silverton, Texas; three sons, Russell Couch of Ogden, Utah, Kyle Couch and wife, Lupe, of Forney, Texas, and Kirk Couch and wife, Candace, of Arlington, Texas; four grandchildren; one brother, Richard McCutchen and wife, Vicki, of Wichita Falls, Texas; and a sister, Joy Ann Bunch of Pipe Creek, Texas.
