Mid-Plains awards 62 scholarships to area students

Tulia-based Mid-Plains Rural Telephone Cooperative and Mid-Plains Communications are proud to announce the award of 62 scholarships to deserving students across its coverage area as part of its 2026 Scholarship Program.
