Every year we set up physicals at our local clinic for our athletes at Motley County ISD.
The physicals are paid for by the school district.
The following is the procedure to follow if you are going into 6th, 7th, 9th and 11th grades.
1. Go to the Motley County Clinic.
2.Pick up a physical form and set up a time for the physical evaluation.
3. Have your Parent/Guardian fill out the information on ALL Pā¦
