The Silverton Owls kicked off their holiday break by hosting the Lazbuddie Longhorns for a district basketball matchup at home Friday, Dec. 20.
The Lady Owls defeated the Lady Horns 32-38, for a 2-1 district record. The Owls mirrored the girls with their own 58-44 victory, bringing their district record to 1-1.
