The Valley Patriots and Lady Patriots cross country teams had a strong weekend of competition.
On Thursday, Micah Ferrel (far left) and Hartlee Battey competed in the Twilight Run at West Texas A&M University, competing against runners from all classifications, 1A through 6A. Ferrel had an outstanding finish, placing 8th overall, while Battey also had a strong showing, finishing 12th overall.
