Caprock Library to host going away party for director July 25, announces summer plans

Body Quitaque’s Caprock Library and library board members will be hosting an open house going away party for director Desarae Phipps on July 25 from 1 to 4 p.m.. There will be goodies and punch, and a book or two for people to sign with well wishes before she leaves.
