Body According to an obituary posted on the website of Moore-Rose Funeral Home, the namesake of longtime Matador eatery Billie Dean’s Restaurant Billie Dean Smith passed away in Lubbock March 10, 2022 at age 93. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m.
