Motley County school activities this summer

Mini cheer camp Motley County ISD will be hosting a mini-cheer camp this summer, August 9–11 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Motley County Gym. The camp is open to 3rd through 5th grades. The cost is $25 (due by July 28 to the school front office).

Motley County Senior Citizens Center Menu

The Motley County Senior Citizens is open to serve meals inside or for carry out from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every weekday. Seating inside the center has been arranged to meet safety guidelines for dining 6 feet apart. Meal delivery is also available for seniors in Matador and Roaring Springs.

New café opens in Quitaque

FRIENDSHIP QUILTERS

There were four of us at quilting Thursday and we always have a good visit. We decided to go to the Ghost Horse Gallery when we got tired, and we got to get refreshed with ice cream and tea. We really enjoyed visiting there with everyone there. And we decided to do that again soon.
