Chili bean dip— from cashews

Body Fall, football, movie night, or whatever you are celebrating will be that much better, and more fun with a pot of bubbling Chili Bean Dip. A friend of mine shared with me her version of this spicy, creamy dip she makes with cream cheese.

Leafy greens and figs in late summer

Linnie Pearl’s bread pudding

Body Linnie Pearl grew irises and other beautiful plants. She made tiny dresses for my naked dolls and knitted booties for the ones that lost their shoes. She was so gentle, and always smelled soft — like powder. Linnie was the perfect grandmother.
