Body The 15th Annual Briscoe County Cook-off, an International Barbecue Cookers Association and Texas State Championship event, will be held Friday, May 31 through Saturday, June 1 at the Silver Wind RV Park and Cabins, located at 809 Highway 207 in Silverton.
