Body This weekend Caprock Country firefighters were kept busy fighting wildland fires. The Paducah Volunteer Fire Department reported on social media that they had six calls in 24 hours.
SUNSET ON SUMMER Despite the 105-degree weather, the sun is setting on summer. Last week, teachers went back to school, this week students return, and across Caprock Country football teams began scrimmaging against other opponents. Friday night the Valley Patriots were just one of the many 1A teams who traveled long, hot roads to begin the journey to another year of dreams for teams and towns.
