Baked blueberry oatmeal

Body Oats are so versatile. I grew up with quick-cooking oats and old fashion rolled oats. My mom fed us well, and stirred up a pot of warm oatmeal quite often. I liked them with the basic pat of butter, splash of milk, and spoonful of sugar.

Body Congratulations go to Briscoe County 4-H members who participated in the Big Fun in D1 Duds to Dazzle and Fashion Show Contest. In the Junior division, district placings were: Alayna Martinez, 1st place, Fashion Show Buying— Fantastic Fashions Under $25.

Body We girls almost finished the quilt last week, but we got tired and had to quit for another day. We will get it done next week and are looking forward to seeing it finished. We will put one in for Bobbye and sew on something different.

Body The Motley County Senior Citizens is open to serve meals inside or for carry out from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every weekday. Seating inside the center has been arranged to meet safety guidelines for dining 6 feet apart.

Body Reese Cruse has been named this year's Bob Wills Day Queen. Reese is a junior at Valley ISD, where she is a star student, athlete and community member. She plans to attend Wayland Baptist Universtiy and pursue a degree in education.
