Body Caprock Country One Act Play companies will be competing in the upcoming week at the District Meets in Groom and Spur.Silverton will be competing in its UIL District One Act Play competition Thursday, Feb. 27 in Sudan.

Body Barley is a chewy, nutty grain that reminds me of my childhood. I recall sitting at my grandmother’s table with a bowl of vegetable soup dotted with pearl barley. It gave the soup substance and texture, not to mention fiber and nutrition.
