Body All five of us got our “give-away” quilt hemmed and took it to the First National Bank in Silverton where it is displayed and they will sell chances on it at $1 each or 6 for $5. We also put up a quilt for Rose Mary and got started on it.

Body I was to deliver my very first Girl Scout cookie orders to my neighbors. Because I was in fourth grade, my parents thought me capable of doing this on my own. My orders bagged, labeled and loaded on my wagon, I put on my crisp uniform and ventured down the gravel road.

Flomot welcomes friends and neighbors home July 1

Body Flomot Community Homecoming will be held Sat., July 1, 2023 at the Flomot Community Center. Registration will start at 10 a.m. Visiting and remembering will take place all morning. Lunch will be catered by Tri-County Meals at noon with a program to start at 1:30 p.m.
