Body The Motley County Senior Citizens is open to serve meals inside or for carry out from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every weekday. Seating inside the center has been arranged to meet safety guidelines for dining 6 feet apart.

Body Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) transported 1,800 rainbow trout from a fishery in Electra, Texas for release into Lake Theo last week. Witnessed by several park employees including newly hired Park Interpreter, Natalie Smith, the event was quite the site to behold.

Body Wednesday afternoon, on Jan. 15 around 4:00 p.m., an 18-wheeler traveling through the steep curves of State Highway 256 just East of the roadside park in Briscoe County turned over, blocking both lanes of traffic.
