Cowboy heritage honored at Caprock Cowboy Fandango

Body Spurs clinked, the dust blew and a fire smoldered next to the chuck wagon, sending the smell of fajitas wafting through the streets of town while the Hotel Turkey hosted their first annual Caprock Cowboy Fandango last weekend, Feb. 28–Mar. 2.
