Knox Co. tops Motley Co. 52-6

Body the #1 Division 1 team in the state, Westbrook, last week, the Knox City Greyhounds were formidable at home in stopping the Motley County Matadors. Even in a 52–6 loss to the now rated #3-in-thestate in Division 1 Greyhounds, the Matadors had some bright spots.

Body OVERHEARD When I was growing up in Iron River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula in the 1940's and 50's, I didn't really understand what Labor Day was about. Still, it was something we kids looked forward to as the last summer celebration.
