Body Motley County competed at the District track meet last Thursday at Jayton, and nine tracksters advance to the Area meet in Petersburg April 20. In the 3200m, Paul Johannas and Trixie Hutchinson are advancing to Area. In the boys long jump, Ayden Roys advances to Area.

Body The Paducah Dragons finished at the District track meet in Jayton. Several personal best and top state times were made or matched. The top four in each event qualified for area. The Dragons finished 3rd place as a team, with 114 points.

Body At the Area meet in White Deer on Thursday, Valley advanced in 12 track events to the Regional meet. In boys sprint relay, the team of Brayson Cruse, Parker Hartman, Adrian Valdes, Blake Beard were Area champions.
