Body The Silverton Owls varsity boys basketball playoff game was held versus Follett in Wheeler Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The Caprock Courier’s press time is Tuesday afternoon, between 2 and 4 p.m.

Body SEASON CONCLUDES The Silverton Lady Owls ended their season Friday with a loss in Canyon, 61–44, to Springlake-Earth. Silverton fans packed the bleachers in Canyon in support of the Lady Owls who finished the year 19–10, 7-3 district and won a bi-district playoff championship.

Body We woke up Saturday morning to a surprise covering of snow that fell through the night. It was a wet snow and gave us a little moisture so we were very thankful for it, just wish it could have been more.
